How do yo u get a Britt from Wisconsin and a Britt from Michigan to their homes in Mississippi and Tennessee, respectively? You coordinate a transport, of course! On Saturday, a number of drivers joined forces together throughout the states of Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, and Mississippi to make it happen. Gary and I picked up Margie, one of the Britts, in South Bend, IN and drove her to the PetSmart in Carmel, IN. Once there, we walked for a while awaiting the arrival of Jesse, the other Britt, coming in from Wisconsin. Upon the estimated arrival time, the driver for Jesse arrived as well as the driver for Margie and Jesse to continue their journey toward the south.
When Margie and Jessie were back on the road, Gary and I waited for a Yorkshire Terrier that needed to head back up north to Niles, MI to her Forever Home.
